At DIO Pakistan, we provide digital software products. Since digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are generally final.
However, we provide a 7-day technical refund guarantee for our customers’ satisfaction, which is based on the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
You will only be entitled to a refund if:
- Software Error: The software fails to run due to an internal error in our code or system.
- Technical Support: You have contacted our support team and despite our efforts, we were unable to resolve the issue on your system.
- 7-Day Period: You have reported the issue to us within 7 days of purchase. No refund requests will be considered after 7 days.
2. In what cases will a refund not be given?
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- System Compatibility: If your computer or operating system (Windows/Mac) does not meet the requirements that were written on the product page.
- Third-party changes: If websites like WhatsApp, Facebook or Google change their policies or APIs that affect the functioning of the software, it is beyond our control.
- Change of mind: If you change your mind after purchase or no longer need the software, no refund will be given.
- Non-cooperation: If you refuse to provide our support team with problem details, screenshots or error logs.
3. How to get a refund
To initiate a refund request, you will need to email us your Order ID and a full description of the issue (with video or screenshot). Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue via Remote Support. If the issue is not resolved and is proven to be a software error, your money will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank/Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.
