1. License Usage
- When you purchase our software, we grant you a specific license to use it.
- You may use the software yourself, but reselling it, selling it to others, or making copies and distributing it is strictly prohibited.
- Any tampering with the software code or reverse engineering it is not permitted.
2. User Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer or laptop meets the system requirements of the software before purchasing.
- The user is solely responsible for using the software for any illegal purpose or against the policy of any platform (such as WhatsApp or Facebook).
3. Software Delivery (Product Delivery)
- All software and their license keys will be sent digitally to the email or WhatsApp you provide.
- Delivery is usually made immediately or within a few hours after payment is completed.
4. Third-party platform changes
- Many of our software works in conjunction with platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook or Google. If these platforms make any major changes to their policies or systems that affect the
- functioning of the software, DIO Pakistan will not be responsible for this. However, our team will do its best to provide updates.
5. Account Suspension
- If we find that a user is misusing the software or illegally running a license in multiple locations, we reserve the right to revoke their license without prior notice.
6. Law and Justice
- All these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. In case of any dispute, the decision shall be made under the local laws.
